Upon successful payment verification and project delivery, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use and modify the custom developed source code strictly for your own personal or professional use.
Strict Prohibition: You may not redistribute, resell, claim as your own commercial product, or publicly share the source code, databases, or any provided materials without explicit written permission from CodeMarket. Violations will result in immediate legal action and account termination.

Basic setup and installation support is provided exclusively during our business hours via our official contact channels. We do not provide extended tutoring or extensive custom modifications unless explicitly purchased as a separate service.
Any promotional offers, including but not limited to the "Buy 1 Get 1 Free*" (B1G1) launch offer, are subject to strict eligibility criteria. These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra.
