Refund Policy

Because CodeMarket provides custom software development services, our refund policy is extremely strict.

No Refunds After Successful Purchase

Once your payment has been manually verified and the development phase has begun, we do not issue refunds under any normal circumstances.

Exceptions

Refunds will only be considered under the following specific conditions:

• Duplicate Payment: If you accidentally paid twice for the exact same order due to a network glitch.
• Order Cannot Be Fulfilled: If the admin rejects your payment verification but the money was deducted from your bank, the transaction will automatically be reversed by your bank within 3-5 business days. We do not hold unverified funds.
• Seller Delivery Issue: If we fail to deliver the project within the agreed 3-week timeline without prior notice.

Manual Verification Explanation

We do not offer instant delivery. All projects are custom built within a 3-week timeline. If you submit a fake transaction ID, it will be rejected. If your payment is rejected, your project development will not begin.
